looking for an old track - "Laughing song"

I am trying to find a track that was played many years ago. The only way I can describe it is to say that it was the laughing song... it had a laugh mixed in with the beat which when combined with long nights would bring hysterics and hysteria to the dance floor.... if anyone has any vague notion of what I am talking about please let me know if this track exists or if it was all just in my mind!
