Schlabbaduerst third compilation is out!
Well, I have yet to hear any of the two previous releases from this very hard to get underground, mythical label...

A "spam mail" from Sweden ... :-)

This is a spam-mail to inform you we have released our third compilation on
Schlabbaduerst ReKkords, called Schlab 003.
On Schlab 003 the following artists are featured: Marchaos, Battle of the
future Buddhas, Dead Dog Barking, Döda Hundens Kyrka, Angriff and Church of
New Age Hippie Disco Shit. These are all bands from Uppsala, Sweden, as
usual with Schlabbaduerst ReKkords releases.
This compilation is our ”horror-sound” CD. It is even harder than Schlab
001. The music is twisted and distorted and if you havent heard Industrial
music or Death Metal before you really cant compare it to anything else. It
is still trance and very much danceable. This is the sound of Uppsala in the
late night when the music is at its peak. It doesnt get any more intense!
The point is not to scare anyone though and this kind of music isnt supposed
to be played for a whole party, this is only peaktime night!
Schlab 003 is a part of a series that started with the early night music of
Schlab 001, which was followed by the morning music proper of Schlab 002.
Now we turn back to the more intense night with Schlab 003 and the next CD,
Schlab 004 will turn back to the morning, or rather dawn with more trancy
and definitely lighter sounds.
We also have plans for a Schlab 005 compilation which will be simple
”forest” music, music that can be played either night or morning, but fits
well in the swedish forest and is usually played in the late morning/day
when things have smoothed out after an intense night and a happy morning.
These compilations try to present the whole journey of a trance party, from
early night to late morning/day, the journey from darkness to light. This
journey has been abandoned by many big labels and if you´re still searching
for the true psychedelic vibe you should check out Schlabbaduerst ReKkords
releases!
