The second album by Ultravoice is out on Com.Pact Records...

Avi Levi from Israel is back with his second Ultravoice album on Com.Pact Records. His first album Magic Sound Factory were released last year, which contained groovy Israeli trance that was enjoyed by many people last summer.

First out is a massive, beautiful morning trance track. Groovy bass line and a floating melodic vibe. A track that will fit perfect at sunrise, and it is definitely one of my favourite tracks on this album. Track 2 starts with a fluffy melody, before a massive bass line hits in. Typical Israeli trance, with a drifting, soft morning vibe. Full on, but in a sort of soft way. Track 3 has a bit more massive sound. This one goes slightly darker and more pumping. Track 4 starts pumping from the first second. This has some kind of happy summer vibe, with quite fluffy melodies and crispy sounds swirling in now and then. You also get a few voice samples in there. Track 5 is originally made by Bizzare Contact (Didi Ezra and Kfir Lankry), but here we get a remix by Ultravoice. This is a pretty massive track, with more variation and quite cool, psychedelic melodies.

Track 6 starts with a twisted voice sample, before the beat starts rolling. Drifting full on trance with some playful breaks above, but there could have been some more melody in there. He has made this track together with Kyo Log (Leon Gossler). Track 7 goes about the same direction, but has even more massive bass line. The melody in this one is quite fluffy. Track 8 is the last trance track we get on this album. This is a remix of a track called Dr. Trance. This takes the same rolling full on direction, but with more playful drums above and a pretty intense melody. Ultravoice finishes his second album with a chill out track. This is in my opinion the best track on this album. A floating, melancholic track with a dubby, deep, down tempo groove.

Those who enjoyed the first Ultravoice album will for sure enjoy this one too. Typical morning trance from Israel. Personally I miss some more variation between the tracks, so I’m glad he put on that chilled ending.
