Aes Dana "Aftermath" Ultimae Records 2003 (inre010)

1. Aftermath #01
2. Aftermath #02
3. Aftermath #03
4. Aftermath #04
5. Aftermath #05
6. Aftermath #06
7. Aftermath #07

The first track is a totally slow going floating track, with some birds singing and no beats. Very deep and dark. Reminds me a bit of Biosphere. Track 2 starts the same way. Beautiful, deep soundscapes. Then we get some very chilled down tempo rhythms and a psychedelic melody. After a few minutes we also get a very relaxing voice. Best track on this album in my opinion. Track 3 is another totally relaxing atmospheric track. Crystal clear beautiful floating sounds and some relaxing down tempo beats. This track has more of the style we got on his first album Season 5. Aes Dana sure likes it atmospheric. Track 4 continues with more floating vibes. Sounds very spacey. Track 5 is a slow going down tempo track, with a totally deep groove and dark floating atmospheric sounds. Very relaxing. Track 6 goes back to the totally relaxed vibes again, with no beats. Only floating beautiful ambient sounds. The last track on this album is surprisingly with a lot of piano playing. A nice finish on the album.

Aes Dana delivers another good album, this time much slower than his first album. More floating ambient sounds and less down tempo rhythms. Go get it if you can!
