Another progressive trance album on Insolation Records...
|
Another progressive trance album is out on Insolation Records in Germany. Another new name in the scene, three guys from Berlin who call themselves Sediment 4. They give us a very German album, with the title Alles Wird Besser.

First out is a floating melodic track, which reminds you much of progressive trance, or very cheesy morning prog trance. This sounds a lot like the German group Element. Track 2 is the same style, but here they have used a lot of guitar. Track 3 is another really floating track with some more nice sounds. Pretty comfortable progressive trance. Track 4 is harder and darker with some stupid vocals. A boring track in my ears. Track 5 is more stumpy and minimal. The track builds up, and become more and more melodic. Track 6 is another track with a lot of guitar. Track 7 is slower, with some stupid vocals again. Track 8 is a more standard progressive track. Not much psychedelic sounds, just building slowly up with some floating sounds. Track 9 is the first chill out track on the album. Pretty nice one, with some more variation, and pleasant sounds. You can also find this track on the compilation Psychedelic Chilling 2, released on Insolation. The last track is also a chill out track. Slower ambient this time. Nice finish on the album.
Not a great album. All these German progressive trance artists should make more chilled tracks, because this is often what they really are good at.
